Fresh Steps
We are a training consultancy, specialising in personal and work development programmes. I’ve just spent 3 years researching the personal and work development issues of older workers inside 14 organisations, and designing and piloting a new programme called ‘Fresh Steps’. The pilot programmes have gone extremely well and we’ve now licensed a further 10 trainers to run the programme in-house for their clients.
